OUR REFUND POLICY:

Since the product is digital and full access to all course materials is granted immediately upon enrollment, we do not offer refunds. However, you may cancel your subscription at any time.

LIABILITY WAIVER/COACHING AGREEMENT:

In order to participate in any paid programs, courses, coaching sessions, community offerings, or services offered through this website or the Inner.U community, you must read and agree to the following terms.

For the purposes of this Agreement, “Coach” refers to Handel Group Life Coaching (HG Life), Inner.U, Viktoria Cornelius, Lauren Handel Zander, and any affiliated coaches, facilitators, employees, contractors, or representatives providing services through this website, the Inner.U community, or related programs.

By enrolling or participating in any program, you agree to the following:

1. Personal Responsibility

I understand that coaching is a comprehensive process that may involve many areas of my life, including work, finances, health, relationships, education, and recreation. I acknowledge that deciding how to handle these issues, incorporating coaching into those areas, and implementing my choices is exclusively my responsibility.

I understand and agree that I am fully responsible for my physical, mental, and emotional well-being during coaching sessions, group calls, community participation, or program involvement, including my choices and decisions and any results that follow.

2. Health and Wellbeing

I understand and agree that I am fully responsible for my physical, mental, and emotional well-being during coaching, including my decisions regarding diet, exercise, lifestyle, or other personal practices discussed during coaching. I agree that any injuries, losses, or damages resulting from the implementation of coaching suggestions remain my responsibility.

3. Electronic Communication and Recorded Calls

If coaching or communication occurs via the internet, video conferencing, messaging platforms, or email, I acknowledge that sensitive information may be transmitted electronically. I understand the inherent risks involved in electronic communication and agree to waive any claims against the Coach for damages arising from technical errors, transmission issues, or unauthorized access beyond reasonable control.

I also understand and agree that group coaching calls conducted within the Inner.U community may be recorded and uploaded to the community platform for educational and member access purposes. By participating in these calls, I consent to the recording and distribution of these sessions within the Inner.U community.

4. Intellectual Property

I understand that The Handel Method®, including its principles, concepts, methodology, coaching techniques, training materials, assignments, emails, attachments, documents, and related content, are proprietary to Handel Group Life Coaching.

I agree that these materials may not be reproduced, taught, distributed, published, or shared publicly outside of my personal use without the written consent of an authorized officer of HG Life.

I understand that being coached in The Handel Method® does not qualify me to teach or coach The Handel Method® with clients or students.

5. Confidentiality

I understand that information shared during coaching will be treated as confidential. However, information may be shared among coaches or staff affiliated with HG Life or Inner.U for training, consultation, supervision, or operational purposes. Information may also be disclosed if required by law.

6. Coaching Is Not Therapy or Professional Advice

I understand that coaching does not involve the diagnosis or treatment of mental disorders or physical health conditions as defined by the American Psychiatric Association.

I understand that coaching is not a substitute for counseling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care, medical treatment, substance abuse treatment, legal advice, financial advice, or other professional services.

I agree that I will seek appropriate professional guidance where necessary and will not use coaching as a replacement for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial services.

7. Suitability for Coaching

I understand that coaching may not be appropriate for all individuals. The Coach reserves the right to determine whether coaching is appropriate for a participant at any time.

By enrolling in Inner.U community programs, group coaching, success circles, one-on-one coaching, or any other related services, I acknowledge that the Coach may request that I discontinue participation in coaching or leave a program if it is determined that the program is not appropriate for me.

I also acknowledge that it is my responsibility to discontinue participation if I have concerns about my mental health or personal wellbeing.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of Handel Group Life Coaching (HG Life), Inner.U, Viktoria Cornelius, Lauren Handel Zander, and any affiliated coaches, facilitators, employees, contractors, or representatives arising out of or related to this Agreement or the services provided shall be limited to the total amount actually paid by the Client for the services.

In no event shall the Coach be liable for any incidental, consequential, indirect, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost business opportunities, business interruption, personal or relational damages, or any other losses arising from participation in coaching services or programs.

9. Assumption of Risk

By participating in coaching, community discussions, assignments, exercises, or programs, I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation and acknowledge that personal growth activities may involve emotional, psychological, or behavioral challenges.

10. Limitation Period for Claims

Any claim arising out of or relating to participation in coaching services, programs, or the Inner.U community must be brought within one (1) year from the date the claim first arose. After this period, the claim is permanently barred.

11. Community Conduct and Responsibility

Participants in the Inner.U community are expected to maintain respectful and appropriate behavior when interacting with other members. The Coach is not responsible for the conduct, statements, or actions of other participants within the community.

The Coach reserves the right to remove any participant from the community or programs at their sole discretion if behavior is disruptive, inappropriate, or harmful to the community environment.

12. No Guarantee of Results

Client acknowledges that coaching outcomes vary by individual and depend on numerous factors including personal effort, commitment, circumstances, and implementation.

The Coach makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes including financial results, career advancement, relationship outcomes, or personal development results.

Community Discussions and Participant Disclosures

Participants in group coaching sessions, community discussions, and recorded calls may voluntarily share personal experiences, opinions, or sensitive information. The Coach does not control or verify statements made by participants and is not responsible for the accuracy, impact, or consequences of statements made by other members.

By participating in group sessions or community discussions within Inner.U, you acknowledge that discussions may include personal or emotionally sensitive topics and you accept full responsibility for your participation and any information you choose to share.

You also agree to respect the confidentiality of other participants and not disclose or distribute personal information shared by other members outside the community.
